The Lakers are trading Mo Wagner, Isaac Bonga and Jemerrio Jones to Wizards as part of the Anthony Davis deal with New Orleans, league sources tell @ZachLowe_NBA and me. Deal clears contracts and creates more cap space for free agency.

Do you honestly think Davis will receive less money? I guarantee some Laker fan business owner made it clear to A.D. that he would make good the four million that he would be losing with a future "endorsement deal." Davis didn't have a change of heart. He's just receiving his money a different way.

They’ll have an exception (MLE maybe) and can sign any number of minimum contracts.

3 max players plus Kuzma. They can make it work, but LeBron is in his mid 30's, AD isn't exactly Mr. Reliable, and the West is STACKED, hoss.
