They are expanding the broadcast radius to cover the northshore and other areas.

The problem with 100.3 isn't the quality of the signal, it's the fact their stick is down in bayou country and it just can't reach into the city proper, much less the northern burbs.

The only solutions are to get an updated license for more power, or, to move their stick closer to NOLA.

If they have to use the affiliate market to fix this, it's going to be weird AF to be in the main market city area and have to use an affiliate to hear the games.

I get them wanting to move from 99.5, that station made no sense for them. They need to be on a sports station.

Maybe part of this deal is the Pelicans lend 100.3 some money to make a move or increase power.
