Maybe MS? I was surprised to see it decriminalized there already

Florida makes sense but I’d watch out for Georgia and N Carolina.

marijuana isn't addictive, it's less dangerous than alcohol or cigarettes, and it has legit medical purposes. Marijuana's illegality, and the fact that our justice system prosecutes defendants based on weight of drugs rather than potency, is what pushes those who would use weed onto harder and harder drugs (like prescription pills) because they're smaller and easier to conceal. Marijuana being legal will put a major dent in cartel profits, reduce crime, and likely reduce both marijuana usage AND ALL DRUG USAGE in the long term.

It's not like they can just pull over and search every car without reason.

I'd guess NC.

Louisiana will be last because the bill will keep failing to get out of committee year after year because some politician will add on some kind of pork that helps out his brother.

Our third world state already posts up troopers all along the Texas border, I’m sure if a border state legalized, they’d be stopping cars left and right. Back the blue.
