Our main hospital's power bill is $260K PER MONTH.
Water, $50K
Gas, $75K
Hell, is costs $300K a year just to keep the damn grass cut.
Do you see any of those charges on a hospital bill?
Use some common sense folks.

Yes, those expenses (and other daily run rate for the hospital) are for the bed/room charges.
