What do you call a person who always feels victimized

Let me put this in context. I’m sick and tired of everything being racist, sexist, homophobic, privileged, etc. I find that most of the time people use these words as shields to prevent any meaningful dialogue of the underlying issue.
I rarely come across a true racist. When I do, I’m uncomfortable and try to avoid communication. I don’t engage them because it’s a worthless cause. I rarely come across a sexist. When I do, I avoid agreeing with their sentiment. I don’t think men in general are superior to women or vice versa.
With all this being said, there are generalizations that can be made about many people that isn’t necessarily a rule but a more likely than not. I’m reasonable. I listen and provide valid arguements. I’ve had enough of seeing and hearing people just attack a persons character without any true argument.
I want to know what I can call these people other than snowflakes and betas. Snowflake and beta isn’t strong enough. I’d prefer a word that is generally not understood by these adult babies. Please help!
