OFFENSE
QB: Burrow, Brennan, Parrish
RB: Edwards-Helaire, Emery, Curry
FB: Carter
WR: Jefferson, Marshall, Sullivan
WR: Chase, Anderson, Dillon
TE: McClendon/Pettigrew, Moss
LT: Charles, Magee/Traore, Wire
LG: Hines, Thomas
C: Cushenberry, Smith
RG: Lewis, Campbell, Ingram(?)
RT: Deculus, Traore/Magee, Rosenthal
DEFENSE
DE: Lawrence, Logan/Farrell, Cherry
NT: Shelvin/Ika
DT: Fehoko, Logan/Farrell, Thomas, Jenkins
Buck: Chaisson, Anthony
MLB: Phillips, Clark, Starks
Rover: Divinty, Queen, Baskerville
Field: Thornton, Anthony, Stevens
CB: Fulton, Joseph
CB: Stingley, Kirklin
SS: Delpit, Monroe
FS: Harris, Monroe/Lewis
Nickel: Vincent
Quarter: Stevens, Brooks
SPECIAL TEAMS:
K: York
P: Growden/Von Rosenberg
LS: Ferguson
PR: Stingley
KR: Edwards-Helaire, Fournette
Offensive line is always a unit that is difficult to project since so many guys can be shifted around. Also, tight end is a little bit of a question mark. Does anybody know who has the edge there? Otherwise, this team is loaded.
I could see guys like Emery and Brooks being a couple freshmen that will be hard to keep off the field as the season progresses.
What says the rant?
Edit: Divinity to starting rover, Thornton to starting field.

Wait, wait, wait. I thought Jacoby Stevens was backup for EVERY position...

Emery will be the day 1 starter.

Looks good but I think it’s been confirmed that Divinity is moving to the inside.

I'd say you are off in a couple spots, but overall it looks good.
LSU's base offense will most likely be a 3 WR set, with the designations X,Y&Z. I'm not exactly sure who will play which though. My guess is that the three starters will be Jefferson, Chase, and Sullivan. There will be a lot of rotation to include Marshall, Dillion, ETC. Hopefully someone else will be able to elaborate in the WR situation.
On the defensive side Divinity will start at the Rover position. Queen will be the first back up for him. The field backer should be a rotation of Anthony, Stevens, and Thornton. They will find ways to get Stevens on the field.
Cherry is also a Buck guy, not a DE.

I think Steven ends up getting a majority of the snaps at FOLB
His numbers when he was playing there the last 3 games of last year are incredible.
27 tackles
15 solo
5.5 TFL
1 Sack
1 Int.
2 PD

what makes you think Emery will be a day 1 starter

I do as well. He proved to be a more than capable pass rusher at the end of last season, and is great at covering the flats. It's been said on here that he spent time this off season really focusing on his pass rushing skills. I see him getting a the majority of second and third down snaps. Anthony may be the first down guy though.
All I know is that Dave Aranda must be giddy with the possibilities he has for this defense. So much versatility.

Stevens at OLB: born 21 years too late, says Lou Tepper.

I get That.
More of a bigger DE/OLB type on running downs.
But against all those spread teams he’ll see the field a lot and was really striving at that position. Those numbers are wild.

He’s fast, athletic and probably familiar with Zone running which is a lot of what we will be asking our RBs to do.
Posted on 6/13/19 at 1:45 pm to CaptainColeSlaw
Sullivan moved to TE.
Posted on 6/13/19 at 1:55 pm to Iam_PrinceAkeem
Because he’s our best RB.

It will be interesting to see what LSU lines up in on defense.
It may be a base 3-4, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see a 4-2-5
Chaisson Fehoko/Logan Shelvin/Zika Lawrence
Divinity Phillips
Stingley Delpit Stevens Harris Fulton

Will likely be Anderson Jefferson and Chase. Dillon and Marshall will also get a lot of reps.
Sullivan and Pettigrew rotating at TE.

There’s no one else that can return kicks? CEH isn’t bad but he’s not fast and won’t be taking to the house.
There’s gotta be a faster guy that they can put back there that isn’t the starting rb
