JBE says Louisiana Economy is improving. Wallet Hub says it's 50th worst in the country.

Louisiana isn’t actually 49th in this ranking – we’re 50th. WalletHub included Washington, DC, so there are 51 “states” ranked in this one. And Louisiana is ahead of only Alaska, a frozen wasteland full of caribou and glaciers.
How much longer is JBE going to keep blaming it on oil? Which is an industry that he keeps attacking with bullshite legacy lawsuits farmed out to his trial lawyer buddies mind you.
Oh and btw, Louisiana is the 4th worst state in the country to find a job according to the same site.

To some extent I agree. They need to hammer JBE on the economy. Day and night, night and day. Especially the "unaffiliated" super pacs.
On the other hand, the session ends this week. That will suck up all the oxygen in the room for the next week or two.
I can tell you that both are making the rounds and raising money. You don't want to waste a lot of money buying ads when no one is paying attention, but they need to define the issues and the media sure as hell aint gonna talk about the economy.

At least Jindal did not try to obscure the fact he was running the state in the ground for his own personal gain.
If they would give DC a few adjustment points credit because their citizens actually re-elected a Mayor who went to federal prison for smoking crack with a prostitute on camera. ("bitch set me up") then I am sure we would slide right into that 51st spot.
JBE is a joke. He rants about how unemployment is down which is such a joke. The reality is that the people on unemployment is down and they dont factor in all those people who cant find a job and are dropped from the unemployment program after 6 months.
If you want a future- Louisiana is not the place for you.

JBE can point to the economy improving because after his huge tax increases pushed the state into recession; we naturally had a small bounce back.

I understand your impatience.
I’ve been looking forward to JBE leaving since before his inauguration.
I’ve seen 2 Abraham utube commercials multiple times each.
The real gubernatorial campaign season begins at the end of this month.
Political signs for other elections are just starting to go up.
