Who is coaching him and what the hell was that. The worst thing you can do is make your arms shorter. This is the shite that aggravates me about Jo blow that was a below average high school player who now thinks he’s going to start a training program is his back yard. Please find a coach in America that believes this shite that is going on in this video. The object is the keep your arms long to be able rip, spin, extended, shed etc.

The guy coaching him trained 3 first round DL picks in the draft this year, gets flown out to OTA’s to work with NFL teams, and is the personal trainer for several NFL players. He’s a widely respected o line and d line coach.

Well the drills are about hand placement and winning those close quarter battles. Your hand placement can help you eat up blockers and or beat your man one on one.
It does look funny, but hopefully it translates to the field.
