Went to the WF on Severn yesterday for the first time in months and months: whew, it has gone downhill. Produce dept still looked good, but seafood cases smelled, bulk section was a messy disaster with spilled stuff, broken nutbutter machine, and not a single working pen to write labels. Butcher cases were sparse, not a speck of turkey to be found (besides previously packed frozen). What’s up with this store? Arabella location is still tidy, but mgmt is asleep on the job at Severn.

The pens are unforgivable.

Fire everyone.

Was it possibly because it was late Saturday and all the soccer moms had picked over everything?

Have experienced that at almost all stores.

Pens and stinky case aren't excused, but explains some of the other.

Seems like all have gone downhill since amazon took over.

There was definitely a “hippy pride” among the staff in working for WF. Uppity sometimes but the stores were top notch.

I wonder how much of that has degraded in working for Amazon.

The Whole Foods locations (except for the flagship) have all gone down hill here in Austin.

It’s now mostly a glorified premade meal joint.

I wish HEB would expand the Central Market brand

Who's gonna be the first to venture out to Aldi in Marrero when it's built? Cheaper than Trader Joe's.

Whole Foods is in a nosedive. I don't know how they're staying open in Baton Rouge. I fully expect them to lose the Towne Center location. And hopefully be replaced by an HEB's Central Market. Towne Center is not the place for the dumpster fire that Whole Foods is becoming.
