Welcome to summer! May ended with a potential fist fight being lined up, so June should be one hell of a month. The rain seems to be cooperating better than the last 2 years. (I know; I just screwed us.) so get out there and play and post.

Played Copper Mill for the first time this morning and played like arse. 42 on the front and a freaking 54 on the back.

Played it yesterday. Shot 90. 45-45
That’s the best I’ve seen those greens and fairways in years. Although, there are dead spots and they are slow the greens are in decent shape. But, shite there is grass! Missed some puts short.
Looks like a bad yard off the fairways, but they looked more like a fairway than they have in a long time. It’s dry out there though. Hopefully, they are watering the frick out of it.

79 at Westlake. Course in good shape considering it was cart path only. Course has always been solid every time I've played out there

i just played at Belle Terre in La Place for the first time in about 12 years and holy shite has that place shite the bed.
Every green was trashed, its unplayable.
first time i ever truly thought about going into the pro shop and asking for a refund.
you literally couldnt putt on the greens.

I enjoyed it and will definitely go back soon. It was dry so my drives got a ton of roll and forward kick out of them. We played the copper tees so it didn't play long.
I think it was Hole #7, hit a nice drive just short right of the green. But they had the pin tucked all the way to the back left on a little finger of a green that was about 8-10 yards wide lol. Ended up with a par.
I'll admit, the fake coyote on #9 got me. I wasn't sure what the hell I was staring at for a minute lol

82 at Tamahka Trails with 2 birdies, 3 triples. Course played long from the blues. Greens rolling true but a little slow.

You need to hit up, fill you gas tank and drive to Atchafalaya. Don't bother with LaCrap.
