That was awesome. Brought my binoculars outside and could see it really good!
A few observations:
I saw a shooting star right next to it which was cool as hell.
It crossed with something else that was traveling from wsw to ese, it was basically perpendicular to the space station path. Crossed paths at about 45ish* above horizon in the SW. Wasnt a plane, had to be another satellite or something. Anybody know what that was?
I lost sight of it at exactly 9:22, does anybody have an app that can show where it was at that time? I'd like to know how far it was.

I saw that as well. Thought it looked higher than the ISS, but wasn't sure what it was.

Bubba, everything looks like it's moving.

There was a second satellite crossing over the ISS at its apex. It was moving further east Did anyone else see it?
Pretty sure I saw two satellites actually. And I thought I saw 2 or 3 meteors at the same time in that direction. Very brief. I thought my mind was playing games with me.

Damn, I missed it! Apparently, the tracking app is no longer working for me, as I used to get notifications when I could see it.

How far away was that mfker? It was bright as hell

I saw it. Pretty cool. Hauling arse through the sky. Bright as hell

I am always amazed when I see it...an object as big as a house, 250 miles above earth, flying at a speed of 17,000 miles per hour!

I saw the same thing, was wondering what it was. It was a good bit fainter than the space station but definitely moving.
I'm north of Opelousas near Washington.

Flew right over my house

thank you for the tip!! Always a cool sight!
The NASA website that predicts (100% perfectly) the worldwide viewing opportunities of the ISS is absolute proof of a globe Earth. The Flat Earthers, who think the space program is a hoax, need not look beyond this to be shown they are wrong.
The only way to accomplish what NASA does with this, without an ISS in orbit, would be to:
- have an aircraft exactly matching the speed and shape (silhouette) of the ISS, but much lower altitude
- flying 24/7/365
- have a fleet of these (or refuel in some clandestine Pacific location, constantly)
No other phenomenon would work, to reproduce what the flyover website predicts, and gets right 100% of the time!
