Social media makes the world a whole lot bigger to these kids, and makes them feel even less significant. As a teen in the 90's (get off my lawn), anything outside of my school district was far outside of my own little world.

Someone needs to do a modern day Natural Born Killers that highlights the effects social media has on culture (selfie death falls, bullying to suicide, school shooters, etc).

While this story is undeniably sad and disturbing on many levels, to even consider charging voters is ridiculous. I don't know a damn thing about Malaysian laws, but those voters are in no way CRIMINALLY responsible for her death. They should feel bad though for voting for this obviously mentally ill young girl to end her life.

I don't like the idea of charging anyone with stuff online. For one thing you can't fully prove the person was even the one responsible for whatever the result is..
However, it is pretty dumb to contribute to such a thing.. even if you are joking around. For the people who actually contributed to it, I really don't give a shite about them.
