If you can't point to it in the Constitution and see where it's specifically enumerated as a power/responsibility of the federal government, then that's a 10A issue, no questions asked.
I see no "murder your baby" clause, so...

Support. State issue as far as I'm concerned

Even though I'm a huge opponent of Roe v Wade, I think the original ruling would pass in every state:
In the first trimester, the court declared, the right to abortion was absolute. In the second, states could regulate it to protect the mother’s health. In the third, states could restrict abortion in theory, but had to allow exceptions to protect the life or health of the mother, defined capaciously in the accompanying case of Doe v. Bolton to include “emotional, psychological, familial” considerations, as well as “the woman’s age.
Not my ideal, but I bet most of the country would go along with that. Too bad Blackmun completely screwed it up when writing the opinion.

Instead of fireworks shops at the state lines, you'll have abortion clinics.

So preventing the killing of innocent children is now akin to shari'a law?

Roe v. Wade overturn throws it back to the states. It would not ban abortion. The state legislatures would probably vote about 30 states legalizing and 20 states banning.

Hypocrisy on an unfounded hypothetical.
Interesting debate tactic.

They're such drama queens. Child sacrifice is just as en vogue today as it was back in the day. All they've done is change the venue from a rock on the side of a mountain to a PP "procedure" room.

It would be exactly what we are going through with Marijuana legislation. So no big deal really

So if a state votes to return to slavery you’re good with that?

Nobody's advocating killing babies. Except for Republicans who want to kill CHIP, obviously.

Are you stupid?

Correct. What part of that doesn't make sense to you?

No dumbass, since the Constitution explicitly says that is illegal.
Anything not explicitly addressed by Constitution should be decided by states.

So you agree that you are advocating for killing babies?
