All Amendment XIV basically prohibits the states from doing in that regard is depriving any person of life, liberty, and property WITHOUT DUE PROCESS OF LAW, I assume a state's representatives procedurally passing a bill that doesn't violate the enumerated Bill of Rights and its governor signing it into law is due process enough, what more process do you dummies need?

Roe v Wade isn't law, it just pretends to be

XIV has nothing to do with it, that's one of the problems with how it's written.

See, all they have to say is:

I want to end abortion even no matter the costs.


That's where I am. The costs can be anything from complaints to more welfare usage. I don't care.

But few on here really feel the same way about abortion. And by banning it, they dont realize it will increase CHIP.
