What's your point? He had been at the school for two years. There are coaches who show up at a school two months before signing day and bring in necessary talent. It's not like you couldn't look at the depth chart and see a hole at the position down the line.

No I said it’s better to beat a team ranked in the top 10 that finishes unranked than an unranked team that finishes 24th.

Record vs top 25 teams is only kept vs ranked teams when you play...so basically in my scenario beating an unranked team that finishes ranked won’t even be in our w/l record vs ranked teams

Did we lose to #1 ranked bama or #2?

Well you're using the fact that a transfer QB with minimal time in the offense started as an excuse for the offensive performance. When the starting QB is the choice of the head coach, and the head coach had the option of starting another player who he had coached and developed for two years, the transfer QB excuse doesn't hold water.

O

Who was the coach when Brennan signed? If O didn't want Brennan, then why did he recruit Brennan to sign with his first class? If O didn't think Brennan was good enough, why didn't he sign a QB in the 2018 class? Or is it just another example of Poor Ol' O being left with an empty cupboard?

You aint gonna win the KY Derby on a jackazz. Some of those players were busts.
Now you can continue being a dick and blaming O for everything, but he didnt recruit everyone on that squad.

Brennan shut down his recruitment, he announced Thursday, following a 30-minute phone call Wednesday night with coach Ed Orgeron and Canada, the Tigers' new offensive coordinator. He tweeted the news Thursday morning, a high point on a roller coaster of a week for Orgeron and staff.

It possibly ends a roller coaster of a week for Orgeron, and the coach acknowledged Brennan's reaffirmation Thursday with his patented tweet: "Hold that Tiger!"

"We’re going to continue to recruit the quarterbacks that we’ve been recruiting," he said. "We like the guys that we have and hopefully we can have them become Tigers."

i dont need to sycophant.

i have the opinion of people that get paid to evaluate college football talent and every single one of them agree that lsu was one of the 10 most talented teams in cfb.

you on the other hand have your opinion.
the opinion that lsu couldnt expected to gain 400 yards in 7 different ganes because it dares to put the blame squarely on your deity and his OC.

That’s not how it works. No record book will have us losing to #2 Bama and then beating us as #6

you mean just like you did just 1 lsu football game ago?

you went from making personal attacks and shitting on O to being upset over actual football facts in 60 minj6tes of football.

if thats not a bandwagon hypocrite then no one is.

Are you suggesting O shouldn’t have brought in JB and should’ve played MB simply because he recruited him? LSU shouldn’t try to improve their roster with transfers?

Do you think MB would’ve had a better year than JB?

He will suggest whatever is expedient on any specific day to trash the current football program.

he has no other opinion on anything.

We will keep with the theme of the thread and I will say that I like my way better. Honestly I was talking about SOS. You're probably right about the record books. I've never really taken the time to even notice.

no it isnt. good god.

where teams finished ranked is a vastly better gauge of how good a team is.

at no point is it better to beat a team that finishes unranked than a team that finishes ranked.

miami was a top 10 team when we beat them and they were garbage.

in my opinion anyway. youre welcome to your opinion as well.
