All of these heartbeat bills in southern and Midwest states are getting passed quick and in a hurry. Liberals will obviously challenge them in court and they will head to the Supreme Court.

I think Roberts sides with the conservatives on a heartbeat bill.

Great... more unwanted kids that we'll have to financially support. Really thinking this through.

Like it or not, overturning RvW would be the best thing to happen for the Democrats.

Might was well just let them keep the house and given the senate and White House too.

I would much rather pay for our fellow citizens than import millions of foreigners

Imo, they need to wait a little longer. There's going to be multiple vacancies. Add a couple of justices like Barrett & Pryor and these "heartbeat" bills will be upheld.

It's going to have to be a state-by-state decision, anyway. Places like California and New York will always have legalized abortion.

I don’t think the court has the appetite or courage to do its. Personal and legal feelings aside.

It is a valid point and shows the inconsistency of the right.

They want all these babies born but do t want to do a damn thing to help them afterward.

No abortion but cut welfare and other child services too.

Exactly. This is a human life we are talking about. Maybe instead of killing babies we should take that away as an out and focus on a stronger family culture/structure.

It should be overturned and left up to the states.

States are already writing their own laws.

So you'll be ok when your taxes are raised to pay for additional social support? Great!

It would be the equivalent of the Democrats unilaterally neutering the 2A through the courts

Ban it. It will force women to be more responsible with birth control. It is a barbaric practice.

there is no way he has the balls. One justice has already been murdered. No way overturning RvW wouldn't result in another.

even if it was,

with the Plan B pill available, and now Plan C pills that work through the first trimester,

would the service it protects really be missed all that much?

Look, if Democrats want to embrace Margaret Sanger’s vision of exterminating dole scum, I don’t think we should stop them.

I mean...the Democrats are only cutting down their own voting base...right?

If we don’t want to do this I have another solution...
