AD meeting pitch

As we know, Griffin plans on meeting with AD middle of this month and will try to convince AD that this franchise is the place to be for him.
Now I keep hearing that the franchise has completely changed from when AD requested to be traded. I understand that Gayle has given Griffin a bigger budget for changes to take place but what dramatic tangible changes have happened from December to this meeting to use as a persuasive pitch?
Dell is gone and Griffin is in
Aaron Nelson is in
Not trying to belittle these changes but it seems like the Pels can only pitch hope rather than show him actual changes that have taken place so far.

Also Gayle is sorry for saying the N word, or whatever the rumor is for why he's mad.

I’d be watching to see if holiday will be part of that meeting.
If he is I think the chances of success go way up
Holiday is the key if Davis really cares just about winning and not about his stupid brand
If it’s all just middle aged men in suits, he’s gone

Yea I really want to hear more about this or what's the story behind the rumors that he's mad about something unrelated to the FO/basketball

Also,
L.A. is looking like a joke
Magic quit
People are starting to whisper in Jeanie'as ear to trade LeBron.
Can't just look at the Pelican's situation (which is very much improving every day), but have to look at all the situations.

One of the only 2 logical reasons why Gentry would be kept would be to help entice AD back. As much as I hate Gentry it would be worth it

You're underestimating how much a hire like Aaron Nelson means..
The problem we have had the past couple years hasnt been talent, we've had some pretty talented teams (outside of being able to find a legit wing), at least in the top 6-8 players, it's been health..
A hire like Nelson can turn that kind of stuff around
