Chick-fil-A's sales have tripled in last decade

Hilarious.
In the past 10 years, Chick-fil-A sales have tripled, despite 7 of those years being filled with leftist outrage over comments on gay marriage.
In 2009, Chick-fil-A had 18% market share among US pure-play chicken restaurants while KFC had 29% share. Now, Chick-fil-A has 33% of the market and KFC has 15%.
All this while being closed on Sundays.
Lesson? Social media is not real life, and most people just don’t care.

Not only is Twitter and the lefty universe not indicative of real life, but the claimed tone/attitude of Chick-fil-A by those entities and the "felt experience" of people who actually go to CFA are radically different.
Which obviously leads people to discredit the "CFA is hate" nonsense.

This depends on the company. I mean, if your market your product to a niche audience, you obviously don't want THAT niche to be outraged at you.
But, if you market your product to a general audience and some tiny niche gets "outraged" at you, they are more likely to drive customers TO your establishment than away.

Imagine those numbers if they were open on Sunday, which is a huge travel day for people on interstates. Chick-fil-A is everything the Dems should love- they pay their employees well, are good stewards of the community and make a great product.

There are 4 chick-fil-a restaurants in the Portland Oregon metro area, and the homos and trannies and everyone else is living up around the block just like at every Chick-fil-A in the world because the food is awesome and the people are friendly

Lesson learned too because CFA didnt cave to the ridiculousness.
Cathy easily could've resigned due to the "media pressure", they easily could've put out some BS PR statement and did a donation to some token charity, yada yada to "ammend" for the "wrong think"
