My favorite Tiger moment. He was paired with Sam Burns from Shreveport and LSU.
After hitting their drives Burns walked alongside Tiger, put his hand on Tiger's shoulder and said something. Tiger cracked up.
It was later reported that Sam said 'Can you believe all these people who came out to see me play.'

However, I would suspect that some of our most ethically, heroic and morally sound sports leaders(Kareem, Arthur Ashe, Bill Russell, Jackie Robinson, Lebron James, Muhammad Ali, etc) would not have taken that award from a president like 45.
We don't celebrate tiger for his social justice causes. And that is completely okay and I would rather him stay out of that. He celebrate him because he is truly one of the greatest athletes ever. I would put Jordan in the same category as him.
I have no problem with Tiger accepting it; its on brand for him and within his character/career trope.
