They hit one in Houston not too long ago. Used a UHaul truck and an airgun to get the tires off and out.

new Chevy dealership once.

The Chevy rims are worth more so they are more frequently targeted. I would guess it didn't take more a few hours to get that many tires off. My Tahoe had all four stolen in a matter of minutes. It's not like rims have serial numbers or anything on them to track.

You just can't help yourself, can you? You're going to lug this thread round and round all day. The puns are already falling flat, when will you run out of gas?

they've got the region locked up with a steel belt, it's the only way to keep they're business from going flat

Yeah but it’s good to rotate locations so you don’t wear them down prematurely

At the level they’re stealing, they can probably afford to have a few different pads

This Bowers guy says he will stop at nothing, so they might be losing their grip on the market. A prison cell might be their new hub of operations.

How in the hell do you pull off that heist?
Well, first you jack up the vehicle and put it on blocks.

Then you use a lug wrench to remove the lug nuts. Lastly, you pull the tire off and put it on a truck.

Repeat as needed.....

That's all great in theory, but when the rubber meets the road do you think they'll actually catch these guys?
