The nickname "Sleepy" Joe makes no sense.

Unless it's meant to rhyme with Creepy which makes total sense.
The subtle approach by Trump to out Joe's creepiness seems to be a better political approach than to bluntly call Joe Creepy Joe.
Does this make sense to anyone else?

Very lazy nickname but based on the rest of the tweet it seems like he was talking about him finally getting around to announcing his campaign when he's been campaigning for months.

I would be surprised if he does adopt Creepy Joe as it leaves him exposed to accusations against himself, even though those aren't proven and there is no video of it like Biden.

To call him Creepy Joe is petty and a bit crass. Sleepy Joe gives Trump the illusion of respecting him but at the same time he knows people will change it from sleepy to creepy.
