Parents please help, baby constantly spitting up

So our 7 month old spits up constantly ever since he has gone on formula. He is currently getting 2mils of Zantac twice a day and it doesn't help at all. He has been on the Zantac for 3 months or so. We give him Enfamil AR and tried Nutramigen for a about a month and it didn't help at all. Has anyone had experience with this? Any recommendations?
TIA
TIA

Yeah-we had to change formulas several times until we found one that they could tolerate....our kids couldnt even tolerate the generic versions of the same formula

I’m not a parent so I can’t give any useful advice.
Congrats on the secks though.

Baby cant digest the formula.
Either get mom pumping or try another formula. There are types made for babies with this issue.
Despite what modern moms want to tell themselves, babies are better off without formula, some just react to it more than others.

Is he gaining weight or losing weight?
I have a ton of experience because all 7 of my children did this. 6 did so because they were “spitters” they simply spit up a lot. They gained weight at a healthy rate and were otherwise fine. There wasn’t anything to worry about with them. It was caused by the sphincter muscle at the top of their stomachs not being fully developed. They somewhat outgrew it in time. Although they have a higher risk of acid reflux later in life.
The other one (number 7) has a severe milk allergy. It took a lot of time to figure it out we ended up at Texas Childrens Hospital to do so. He ended up on an extremely expensive formula and was fine. Overtime he outgrew the allergy he is now 8 and can have milk fine although he says he doesn’t like it.
My hope for you is your baby is just a spitter.

It's only been seven months. I'm sure the baby is still under warranty

Our girl had a few stomach issues with different formulas. It turned out the best one was the Costco brand. My wallet was very happy about that.

We started with Gentle Ease, them the AR to Nutramigen and now back to AR.

Call doc obviously and he will change the milk, or suggest several. Gotta keep trying different formulas. But do it asap, poor baby.

Yeah. Had to feed my twins the ready to feed Similac. Couldn't do the exact same type that was powder form. You may have to switch to goat's milk or to a different brand or to a different means of making it. It's a bit of a crap shoot.

Is he constipated too? If so, try adding a little Karo Syrup.
Have you tried switching to soy?

Is he gaining weight?
Is he happy after spitting up or fussy?
How much is he taking with each feed?

Put him on the tit. Yours or hers. Doesn’t matter or change formulas

Baby just needs a chaser for that formula. Try Jameson

Does he/she fuss when eating?
It’s probably not really an issue of what’s being eaten.
Often, the sphincter muscle which closes off the stomach takes a while to develop.
If the baby is fussy, it probably means there is some reflux which causes heartburn. If this is the case, you might want to try something like zantac.

The Dr. upped the dosage twice to no avail yet, have another appointment scheduled. It doesn't bother or hurt him when he spits up, he seems to not even notice. He is gaining weight like normal, only 30 percentile but consistently gains weight.

You could always purchase breast milk from a milk bank. We supplemented our son that way (mom couldn't pump enough at work) until he was eating solids.

Not constipated, eats like a champ and was on the tit until 4 months. He spits up everything, baby food and formula.
Guess we will just keep playing the formula musical chairs until we find one. Will have to look into the goat milk.

Try switching to Soy based formula... the Portein in Milk can be causing it. We had great success with Enfamil Prosobee
