Police were called to the Mall of America in Bloomington this morning after the man, who is not thought to be of any relation, allegedly threw the child from the balcony.

Son of a biotch needs to face the same punishment as if he had succeeded in killing the boy. a-hole should not get a lesser sentence for the boy surviving. Execution should be swift as THIS simply can't be tolerated.
