Would love to take "ownership" of this title, but I guess I'm a casual hockey fan at best. Back in the day when I had a friend who was really into the NHL (Penguins fan), I started following it too and needed a team. Since I liked the Cards, figured I'd follow the Blues as well. Kept up with them for a while until I fell off of hockey, but still kept up with the standings.

Really happy for my BIL who is a hardcore St Louis sports fan. He is still heartbroken that the Rams left, so this felt good.

Was he from Pittsburgh or was it just the early 90s or mid 2000s?

Congrats to the Blues for ending the longest Stanley Cup drought in the NHL. Party like there is no tomorrow. I remember the feeling from last season, and there's nothing better. Live it up. suck the marrow out of this thing.

With the Blues drought over, the mantle now passes to the Toronto Maple Leafs. You are on the clock. Unlike the Blues, no one is really rooting for you.

Not sure how he picked them. He was an Air Force brat and was all over the place. All I remember is that was his team.

ROR is a stud

He was the only player out there busting his arse for first 1/3 of the season. He deserves every and any accolades he gets.

Even with Binnington, no ROR, no playoffs.

I've listened to Gloria at least 20 times this morning.

What a banger.

Perhaps slightly.

But I'm honestly happy for Blues fans.

I live less than a mile from Trillium and frequently go to Bissell Brothers, Hill Farmstead, Treehouse, and many other highly sought after breweries. I can promise you I've had and forgotten more quality beers than you've ever even sampled.

You're right, I should definitely apologize that eleven years ago, I was in college and thought Abita was a good beer.

Clearly, people do not learn and expand their horizons in more than a decade, so obviously my taste in beer has remained the exact same.

I guess instead of opening a bottle of Trillium from my fridge tonight I'll have to swing by a store and get some Abita Purple Haze, because that's all I drink.
