How long do you think that is? The aging process I mean.

I’m not sure I want Chili’s aging my steaks...

Marketing gimmick. The steaks they get are already wet aged *sitting in cryovac bags* a few weeks until used.

I figured as much. Personally I would rather Chili’s tout the freshness of their steaks vs the oldness.

Sounds like someone got a good deal on an abandoned warehouse with a freezer full of steaks in it.

The last thing I want to hear is “aged to perfection.” ‘Cooked To perfection.” I cant stand hearing that term.

My pet peeve is “hand-crafted.” Oh yeah, you’re a real artist. (Typed in the voice of Mona Lisa Vito.)

Out of the TGIF, Applebee’s, Chili’s level of chain food, at least chili’s seems to try.

If you can’t find something you like to eat there, you’re just being an a-hole.

Except food service regulations require that they cover up those janky feet.
