I guess at this point we know Alleva, F. King, and the BOS aren't budging.

Taking the ship down with them, eh?

All I want is an update from a credible source. Is that so much to ask?

I want them to rot in hell

They've overplayed their hand so much. The best case scenario for them is some proof of improprieties to come out against Wade.
They aren't going to reinstate him unless they absolutely have to.

So what...

Did anyone really think they were? The freaking general counsel got pissed at Wade’s attorneys’ demands and said “Wade still hasn’t denied any wrongdoing” and required that Wade do so before he be allowed to coach again.
The media leaks were an absolute circus and both sides painted themselves into a corner they could not get out of.
Regardless of how this eventually turns out I think one thing is clear...there is no leadership at LSU and the athletic dept, from AD, PR, to general counsel is a perpetual public embarrassment waiting to happen.

It’s over. No chance at all he coaches at LSU again. These pieces of shite that did this to us need to be run out of town already

There's always blind hope, but I think we've missed the window on this.
First, we had the administration bungle this so badly in the first place, and I think someone wanted to show who's boss. I don't necessarily think that was Alleva (or Wade), but someone else in admin.
Wade dug in his heels and basically said fire me and pay my buyout, but I won't talk about potential testimony. I'm really not sure how it would play out, but I suspect Wade has a case, or he'd likely already be fired at this point.
So we had a small period where people could all calm down, get together, and agree to put this off until after the trial plays out.
Maybe there was no attempt to do so and that was the final straw, but all of a sudden big booster money said enough of this shite, the administration needs to be cleaned out from the top down.
And my guess is, once THAT bomb dropped, the admin's priorities changed. Resolving the Wade issue has likely become secondary to last-ditch damage control across the board, and also likely resume updating and sending. Because I don't think Wade returning saves anyone at this point, things are too mismanaged.

It's time for football donors and season ticket holders to start flexing some muscle

I think that’s been obvious from day 1.
