can anyone point me in the right direction for solid information on 2020 f-150. i'm moving soon and looking to change up vehicles (current one is 9 years old) and everything i have read about the new f-150 appears to be all rumors and dated from oct or nov 2018.
any solid facts out there? amazed at new truck prices but i don't buy too often.

The 2020 Ford F-150 will sucks just like the other Ford F-150s.
Get a Tundra, Titan, Ram, Sierra, or Silverado instead.

I’ll be honest. My company truck
Is a 2019 f150 4x4 eco boost. It had 25k miles and feels like it’s 10 years old. The interior has already started to rattle and the engine sounds tired.
I would never buy a ford

My 2018 had transmission go out at 6000 miles, never towed anything or drove hard . Its been in the shop since December 19, and they still can't figure out how to fix

I don’t know about a 2020, but my 2017 Lariat just spent about 2 months in the shop for a leaking sunroof. I’m not real pleased with Ford Motor Company right now.

Why would you want a POS Ford when there are other options? Are you poor? Do you like making unnecessary repairs?

I can’t remember when Fords didn’t suck. Must have been before my time.

Why would you buy a Ford that's going to be in the shop half the year?
You can buy a Dodge and make sure it's there the whole year.

You've put 25k miles on a truck in 4 months?

Get a Tundra.
I drive a Sierra and it was between that and a Tundra. Wish I would've gotten the Tundra.

Look at specs. Look at interior and exterior style.
They are all likely to have recalls and certain parts fail commonly.
Get what tows the most, is the fastest, or looks the best, depending on choice.

Reading this thread makes me glad I bought a Tundra. The Ford is faster and the Ram is comfortable but I like my reliability.

I grew up and was always a GM guy. My last two trucks have been Ford.
I work for an automotive group of like 18 dealerships. I am around and in new, newer, and newish trucks on a somewhat common basis.
Chevy/GMC and Dodge are fighting for second.
If Dodge ever gets good quality plastic and electronics that hold up long term then they will be #1. They do look sharp especially the rebel. Interior looks good. Displacement size vs HP goes to the Hemi.
That being said, the King of trucks is the Ford Raptor right now.

To the Eco-boost crowd...
Yeah its a good motor, but it has its advantages and disadvantages.
You can also listen to my 5.0 Coyote growl and howl with the resonator delete, 3 inch pipe, and Flow Master Super 10 Dual out with 4 inch x 18 inch chrome tips.

5.0 coyote here, slow as molasses but that’s a reliable engine.
