I was riding around University Club this weekend and I noticed that someone had turfed their front yard. I had to circle back around to take another look at it because something looked odd to me. I then realized that the turf was different colors in different parts of the yard. Some of it was lush green looking while some other areas looked a little faded (a gray tint to it). It was a really nice house and the yard looked neat and clean, but the different colored turf confused me.

I believe that would be Kurt Ainsworth's house

It was probably just the way the sun was hitting it. I notice this one football and baseball fields. Look at the dirt colored turf right behind home plate, same color but looks different.
