It disgusts me how much money Louisiana is missing out by not legalizing it. I'm convinced we could bring in $100 million from Texas alone.

I agree with your sentiment, but I think you're grossly under-estimating that number.

Your probably right. Last time I was in Lake Charles half the license plates I saw were Texas (Casinos)

Good catch. There are firms that get paid to seed boards like this on public policy issues. I do believe you have identified some of those accounts.

I've noticed a lot of accounts created in February and they've all jumped in the mix like they've been on TD for years.

Tell me about it I have 4K acres across the river. I’d love to cut off a slice for a grow op but noooooo broke arse Louisiana would rather keep it illegal and stay a one industry state that is absolutely broke than open up a new sector that will bring millions in revenue.

Not about to research this at work, but does Louisiana have the soil or the weather to grow marijuana?

The things they require for marijuana, that they don’t require for opioids are ridiculous. Extra licensing, security, armed transport.

Just over the top crazy shite. I can walk in target with a prescription for basically legal heroin. For marijuana, even with a prescription, it would be one spot with high security.

^^

We could pay for so many state projects just with the tax dollars from neighboring states, and tourism to NO.

But no, let's just wait and be the 47th state to legalize it after LA tax dollars are spent elsewhere.

Bored at work and went mobile. I didn't realize that a greenhouse type facility would be that cost effective. Obviously not as cheap as an outdoor operation, but still very affordable and with a high yield.
