I’m going to believe the sick thing for now. I think there’d be more smoke if he quit the rest of the season or he’d been suspended. Maybe Will doesn’t want him around the team yet if he could still be contagious or he just needs to keep recuperating

If Tre was gone, I’m pretty sure Wade would come out and say it. Since when has he been known to sugarcoat things? Also, what would be the point?

Makes sense. Wouldn’t want the entire team getting sick. I wouldn’t ply Tre tomorrow for sure. Give him some more rest. We shouldn’t need him tomorrow anyways.

He was still averaging 17 ppg at age 41 playing overseas. In the big 3 league last year (at age 48), he fiished in the top 10 in scoring with 13 ppg, leading them to the title game. Dude can still ball and is damn near 50.
