Kind of hitting a plateau, looking for some general knowledge, tips, and tricks that really changed your game. There are no stupid answers, just stupid people.
Mine was from starting strength, and for general form in most exercises was to imagine the bar moving straight up and down in a fixed vertical plane.

Dave Tate.
Plateaus exist because you're weak mentally, physically, technically or some combination of them.
I'd never worked on dialing in the finer points of technique or seen it as part of the package. That quote (I paraphrase it) made me take technical work far more seriously and helped me break many plateaus.

One thing that I used to never do but a trainer taught me is to rest 3-4 minutes between heavy sets. I used to try to crank them all out on short rest. Since adding in rest I haven't failed at a lift and I have been steadily progressing.

Measure inches... not numbers on a scale

I do a 6 day push, pull and leg/ab routine.... first 3 days push pull leg/ab all heavy 3x10 or 3x8
Next 3 days is drop 15-20% of weight and do 1or 2 sets to fail
Never hit a plateau, some times the heavy 3 days get better and some days the reps to fail get better....

Be better today than you were yesterday. And, don't let Perfect be the enemy of Good.
