Glock 43

I purchased a p365, thinking i would carry it. After putting a few hundred rounds through it, i have no confidence in the gun. It started with light primer strikes. I sent it to sig and they fixed that. Now, i am having issues with slide not locking back on empty magazines. Sig is saying it is due to user error with me riding slide stop- not true. The p365 and sig sauer's customer service has been frustrating. Glock >

Bad choice. You better hit them between the eyes.

Mine is M&P Shield .40

I bought the Performance Center model but trigger may be too light for beginners.

Take a look at Underwood ammo.

My 9mm shield is snappy enough. Can't imagine what a .45 is like

I’ve had multiple cop friends tell me they’ve been to shootings where the victim was hit multiple times by a .380 and walked out the hospital a few hours later. Unless it’s a perfect shot between the eyes a .380 is not something I’d trust if shite hit the fan and I had to eliminate a threat.

I'm not worried if I have to use a .380. I'll put it that way.

I was wondering about the recoil on these smaller pistols, the only large caliber pistol I have is a full size 1911.

Curious to hear more about the Shield in .45ACP. A lot of people rave about the 9mm Shield, is the .45 as reliable?

True enough but shite can go sideways in a hurry. The time it takes you to rack the slide can be the difference between life and death. I wouldn’t walk around with a 1911 cocked and locked but a double action handgun with a 7 lb trigger pull is pretty safe to carry with one in the pipe.
