I have an old truck (2005) with the original 6-speaker still installed. A couple of the speakers have quit working, so I think it is time to install some new ones. I am totally out of the audio scene at this point and really have no idea what brands are even sold nowadays. Can someone recommend brand of replacement speakers that I should look at?

Polk is the new go-to.
Not outrageously expensive and super sound.

I bought these to replace the factory speakers in my Silverado when they went out. They sound great, were easy to install(minor alterations) and were affordable.
