What is worse they will wait until the end of the year then say that Trump can't appoint her replacement until after the election.

So you think she melted? Possibility to consider.
I remember the constant coverage for one deceased senator last year. I can't remember his name but he received a lot of attention from the media both during his last days and during his extended recovery period away from work. Think he had a brain tumor?

There is just no way. It would be one of the largest political conspiracies in living memory.
Do you have any clue how many people would have to be complicit to pull something like that off? We're talking not just RBG and her staff, but her family, police officers, doctors, lawyers, not to mention the entire rest of the Supreme Court, and god only knows who else. All of those people would be risking loss of license, impeachment, removal, and potentially prison, and for what? She is not dead.
The Democrats cannot do anything to prevent the President from nominating someone in an election year. It was only possible last time because the GOP controlled the Senate.

I don't know if she'll make the end of the year, but I doubt they are Weekend at Bernie'sing her.

If she were actually recovering, there would be story after story showing her sitting in her hospital bed, papers all around her, asking her questions, etc.
There is nothing.
Which means either: She's in a coma with a traich, or she's dead.

I don't really think she's dead, no. But at this point it would only be a handful of people who had to keep it quiet. She's not seeing more than 2-3 people a day in her current condition.
I hope she walks out in 2 weeks, hale and hearty, and does the right thing by retiring immediately

Not personally, maybe not. But she has a security detail, and a fairly large staff (which she would need to be communicating with, assuming she's working as claimed)
Other than the obvious practical issues, I don't understand why this would be kept quiet. If it was March of 2020, then maybe. But its not like they can just choose keep a 93 year old woman who's gravely ill alive for two full years. Her handlers don't have that level of control. They can't stop a Trump nomination in the mean time. I just don't see how conspiring to hide her condition would be effective in any way for her or the left.

She still isn't sober from the wine she drank.

"The audience -- for the most part -- is awake because they're bobbing up and down all the time and we sit there stone-faced, sober judges," she told the audience. "At least I wasn't 100 percent sober because before we went to the State of the Union we had dinner."
Justice Anthony Kennedy reportedly provided a "fine California wine" at dinner before the speech, and Ginsburg couldn't resist a great bouquet.
"Justice Kennedy brought in ... it was an Opus something or other, very fine California wine that Justice Kennedy brought and I vowed this year just sparkling water, stay away from the wine. But in the end, the dinner was so delicious, it needed wine to accompany it," she admitted.

I doubt they could keep her death a secret for more than 12 hours, even if they wanted to for some reason

Feb 18th for Oral Arguments USSC, she would be expected to be there, that is 20 days from now, so we are in a Count Down for appearance

Did anyone see any news reports last night on her condition? I'm concerned. Thanks.

Somebody take her on a huntin' trip.
