I guess I should have known. His immaturity is unmatched on the board. There are several just like him. It's funny that they're all on the same side. They all hate coach O and all of their posts could be interchangeable.

There were kids that weren't picking up the offense as fast as the others. They had to start out of necessity and O asked Canada to simplify the offense to accommodate the kids. Canada told O frick you.
So he meddled
I love How every time the O Pumpwrs tell this story O is some choir boy who politely asks his OC to do something small.
I am Sure Canada’s response was completely irrational and completely escalated the situation.
The fact that Etlong said that they were running plays from 2016 after the Troy game doesn’t indicate anything.

Yes sammy he meddled. He had good reason to do so. He's the boss. When he sees something wrong that's what he's supposed to do.

1. I think the evidence is there that O did more than just tell him to simplify.
2. I think The boss’s job is to make sure the best possible outcome happens. Whatever O did before the Troy game did not do that.
3. You’re only supposed to meddle in problems you can actually fix. Do you want your general co tractor telling your plumber what to do if he has no fricking idea how to do plumbing?
