Has anyone asked Brees about that awful slant throw?

I can’t wrap my mind around what happened there. At worst that’s a 6 yard gain.

Also stopped the clock.

That pass and the miss to Ginn on 3rd down was awful

Yeah, that’s as close to a sure thing as a handoff. Most accurate qb in history makes that throw 98% of the time.

It was clear we were rattled after that non call. Drew looked distraught.

It was like Brees tried to catch the snap and throw the pass all in one motion.

he was blanketed and brees threw it shoe level so its caught for little to no gain or it goes into the ground rather then risk it getting picked

so many melts over this but 2 guys had him blanketed on that catch.

the error on that play was payton calling a pass when he needed to run it there to force a time out, that was the mistake, not the bad pass

I'm not going to say he's done but he clearly had a bad game. And that was a direct result of Suh and McDonald. That awful lob in OT was particularly bad and uncharacteristic of him.

Imagine if it was a run and when the rams got the ball, they had 40 sec less

Awful pass, but it was an unnecessary play selection and risk

Dan Arnold you mean the 4th or 5th tight end?
First year playing in this offense and he dropped the one tough catch
Love how people blame dan arnold
