It means good parenting is a privilege afforded to whites by default, and is racist.

Without reading the article I think what he is saying is that white kids don't think in terms of race. Since white kids don't think about being white - because why would they - they are perpetuating a racist society because you are racist if you don't see everything in terms of race while you have to separate everyone according to race to not be racist. The world these people live in is upside-down.

These people believe that raising your child right and getting them into a good school is racist.
Getting them into a good school means that slot goes to a white instead of a minority and the minority ends up in a lesser school, which sets them back.
Teaching them to be obedient is racist, because a black single mother's child might act wild and get in trouble with the law, which sets them back.
If you want to be non-racist, you have to put your white child in the worst school possible and let them get arrested, so that you help "level the playing field".

On another level, I think the progs are trying to keep you off-balance 24/7 by never letting you feel at ease about who you are, regardless of who you are. There is no answer that will satisfy them, therefore they are in control of your life - that is of course if you acknowledge them and give them the time of day. When will we start simply ignoring them? Nothing will quiet a barking dog.
