Yeah, but she’ll just move on to something even more ridiculous and expensive

Btw wait till you have a dance recital and you have to spend $1,000 when it is all said and done for your 3 year old to just sit their while the other kids dance.thats on top of wasting a whole weekend. For your kid to dance for 6 mins

How old is the child? I always brought them on sale and then learned to smock myself (already knew how to sew). My dtr wore them probably until she was 5 and chose to quit wearing them.

My sister in law had probably 100+ smocked outfits long before she got pregnant, perhaps before they even got married

Soooo it could probably be worse

I have no idea what a smocked dress is. I consider this a good thing.

My wife does it with our daughter too. That shite looks hideous. If I’m the one taking her to day care, she looks normal and decent. I never know what I’m getting when my wife does it

My wife orders them straight from China. They take several weeks to come in but only cost about $5.

My ex-wife used to dress our daughter exclusively in smocked dresses. Other than the cost, I didn't mind because it was extremely cute. However, at age 5 she started to fight it like a mofo. I think her sitters were all wearing nike shorts and t shirts and she wanted to dress like them. It's been like that ever since.

I should own stock in Banbury Cross.
