The African campaign may have taken a bit more effort. Only difference.
Spain was pretty weakdick.
Il Duce was a major force compared to Franco, and he was largely a nonfactor. Spain would have largely been a nonfactor.

If you have 11 free minutes History not visualized has a great explanation.
Why Spain didn’t join the Axis.

Maybe but see what German air power did with Malta
That wouldn't have lasted long though, the defenders of Malta only had 3 highly obsolete bi-planes called Gladiators left in crates from WWI and they defended the island from the Luftwaffe for weeks. The Luftwaffe's superior power was highly overrated, especially after '42-ish.
I think some semblance of resistance would've been mounted from the Brits and French regardless of what Hitler did or didn't do. They knew he was power and land hungry from the jump, they just weren't ready for war when Hitler made the first move into Austria or the Sudetenland. Another couple years of cranking up their munitions and squaring up their armies and I think they would've taken on the Germans even if Hitler had stopped at taking over the Czechs.
Long story short, they knew he was dangerous and had just signed a non-aggression pact with Stalin - which they never thought would end the way it did.

Agree except I say Old Europe would have been better had they won WWII as well.

Hitler needed the USSR for their oil.

Do you even Spanish Civil War bro? The Condor Legion fought alongside Franco and his crew. Spain was basically in the Axis and was no threat to cause problems for Germany in France. It was probably better for Hitler that Spain stayed out of the war and didn’t give the allies a weaker target to invade into Europe through.
