So, Rob, I spent a lot of time in the Seattle area, both in basic at Ft. Lewis in 1970's and then calling on Kenworth later in life.
There was a Chinese restaurant in China Town that was a big red oriental building Chinese roofline that had really good Dim Sum back in the 1990s. Would there be any chance you might know the place. Too much time has passed and I can't remember the name of the place.
Funny fact, I had my first taco at a food place in the park close to the space needle (on a three day pass) in 1970. I was blown away! I thought it was the best thing I had ever eaten.
Funny when you can remember something so inconsequential. I/We have been back several times over the years. I love Seattle and the Puget Sound and the ferries and the islands and the people up there.
I wouldn't give you 5 cents for Ft. Lewis though.

I love the Asian food here! That's my fave cuisine. Give me Korean BBQ or a Hot Pot over southern BBQ anyday

You’re becoming annoying
Posted on 1/9/19 at 10:30 pm to Rbech108
And this is why I say you like the chaos, when you say that shite.

And you're still in here why?

"chef" Rob should start one of his look-at-me threads on the OT. See how that goes.
One can only dream

It’s pathetic that you find validation and self worth through the number of posts a thread you started on a message board gets.
And FYI, you don’t even have a top 2 thread on the first page, retard.

I thought attention whoring was left up to the OT only.

Me too but this place is turning into the OT.
At least this abortion of a thread has been anchored.

You’re the goddamn OweO of the food board. Quite the accomplishment.

All the people praising him here just want more of his recipes.
I can’t abide recipe whores.
I want to apologize for this post. I didn’t know that it was something that would offend people. I was totally joking. I am learning it is actually some sort of thing?
And people are looked down upon for seeking out recipes?
Anyway, I meant no harm.

This is the dumbest shite I’ve ever seen. Attacking a chef because he is being genuine and sharing with us. No wonder more chefs don’t do this. This board really sucks !

And to the recipe rats slobbing his knob.....pathetic. Come up with your own methods rather than jacking someone else's shite.

Talking to me?

Hey man. I’m a little tardy to this party. I’m a chef too. One that’s never been fired and gives a shite. 10 years in the industry with a solid resume. Just curious, what was your food cost? I’m sure it was good considering the sabbatical CCBQ gave you for doing such an awesome job
