...and work on getting a solid GM to architect the AD trade.

Everytime Dell gets on the phone, anybody he's talking to knows he's a dead man walking. They could have some stooge running the show for now with Loomis telling every NBA GM that the team is focusing on a rebuild, starting at the top. And that whomever is the interim won't entertain any trade talk until a permanent replacement is found.

This team has zero confidence in their coach and front office. Seems like the time is right to let them know things are gonna change.

While I agree with the overall sentiment, I can say (and please don't ask me specifics because I can't say) - some of you guys would be very surprised by the opportunities Dell has had so far to make moves and he has resisted. So far, he is only willing to part with the pick for a "star" and has resisted some trades for some pretty good players who could help now but aren't stars.

So I am kind of optimistic. That said, another three or four losses and he could panic. But so far, he's been smart about this

This is good.. As much as I like them, a Bazemore or Hareison Barnes wont come in here and turn things around.. Get us to the playoffs sure, but I still think we can make the playoffs with the current roster if healthy

Let's not use real names.

If he had offers, but none were for stars I would assume that Schmradley Schmeal or Schmohn Schmall weren't involved.

Use the same code talk I'm using and let us know who was discussed.

That’s cool and all, but he shouldn’t even be allowed to make these decisions in the first place.

Please say no to Schmon Schmall, we dont need that contract with 115 million tied up in 3 players (once AD signs SM)

No, it's a meme.

quote:

"I Like Turtles" is a phrase first uttered by ten-year-old Jonathan Ware during a local news interview at the Rose Festival in Portland, Oregon. Following its broadcast and the subsequent upload to YouTube in late May 2007, Jonathan's curt response to the reporter's lackluster question went viral, inspiring a slew of video remixes and memorabilia on the web.

This meme originating in Portland is the clue.

I do remember that now.

Doesn't mean I didn't do a quick search for players with U's in their names.

The kid lives in Portland you say? Must of been hinting about a trade for one of their overpaid role players.

That's not a trade that would have shown restraint. Solo and a 1st for Aminu on the other hand...
