Who follows Bongino? He offers reason that Judge Sullivan is going HAM on

Flynn. I've just started listening to him and he really explains things well. Now, admittedly, he could be wrong on his assumptions but he lays lots of facts out there to back up his points. Anyway, curious as to what others think of Bongino's assertions as to why Sullivan went cray cray on Flynn this week?

For the lazy crew: in a nutshell he claims that Sullivan knows this charge against Flynn is bogus & he's begging Flynn to rethink his plea. He backs up his claims but you gotta listen to video for his reasoning.

I’d love to say to have the prosecutors admit he wasn’t, to have it on record, but that seems a stretch at first thought.

I agree with him on this. Sullivan is basically begging him to rethink admitting guilt.
If he does..Sullivan being the stickler that he is wil sentence him as such. Sounds like he’s challenging the whole concept of pleading guilty to something that you didn’t do just to get a lighter sentence.

Someone turned me on to him here about 3-4 months ago. I haven't missed a podcast since.
He has a good mixture of facts and comedic moments.

I think kind of to the OP's point I would venture to say 75% atleast probably closer to 90% think foreign agent means "spy" it doesn't. Overheard people at the coffee house saying he could be hung for treason. I am just starting out on the legal track but I think Sullivan was just trying to give the appearance of being tough before giving a light sentence. Even in the 24 hour news cycle it will be hard for the media to turn around and crucify him, they will try.

It’s the only thing that makes any sense. If he’s guilty you sentence him then. Flynn already cooperated and what kind of shite judge would send him back to Mueller to supposedly give more info in order to work off longer sentence which was the dem excuse. No reason makes any logical sense other than he didn’t want to sentence an innocent man. Not saying that’s what’s happening but I don’t know of another plausible reason for what judge is doing.

I’ve only listened to him for a month or so, but he’s shed a lot of light on the shite going on and in doing so helped people know it. Given the fricked up corruption going on with most people oblivious, how is that a bad thing?? Wtf is your problem? Not saying the guy walks on water, but he’s a solid force for exposing the truth.

Nope. Sullivan was about to put Flynn in prison. For a long time.
Flynn’s lawyers saw it and requested the recess to allow them to get the sentencing delayed and allow the delay to count towards time served.
Flynn is a liar who deserves his punishment.

He made a mistake but Bongino thinks he was trying to scare Flynn into recanting his guilty plea b/c even Sullivan knows this charge is bogus and if there is anything he hates, its gov't overreach. Go listen, he explains it better than I.

Maybe he was just trying to slip in the thought of treason into the public. Like it isn't just a relic of ww2 and before.

Well, Bongino did say the judge asked the SC what predicate they used to interview Flynn in the first place b/c FBI isn't supposed to just go search for a crime by interviewing people. Their response? Uh, maybe the Logan Act. The judge responded with, "the Logan Act that no one has been successfully prosecuted with in 50 years?". Something similar to that...

And as Bongino said, he asked Flynn 3 times if he wanted to reconsider and even threw in that he would have an independent reviewer look at the case & Flynn declined. Mueller recently unsealed the FARA violation indictments on Flynn's associates to keep him with the gameplan. Bongino said Flynn's lawyers are the worst. I wonder if there is any tie b/w Flynn's lawyers & Mueller/SC? He's bankrupt so surely he can't afford a decent legal team like, say...., OJ.
On another note, where are the Podesta's indictments for FARA violations?
