Unless Sullivan is grandstanding for the big reveal of eviscerating the S.C. office later, this doesn’t look good for ole Mike Flynn.
What’s his dipshit son saying on Twitter?

Isn’t this the judge who was supposed to break it off in muellers arse? Was gonna throw out this matter and reprimand the special counsel?

It may be in Flynn’s best interest to take the delay the judge offered.
If not, he’s going to be wearing orange.

Sullivan is now asking the special counsel's office whether it ever considered charging Flynn with treason.
Prosecutor Brandon Van Grack struggles to answer, saying it wasn't considered.
Judge was testing the prosecutor to see how serious they considered Flynns actions. "Wasn't considered" was the way wrong answer the judge was looking for

We went into the day under the impressions that Flynn will get sentenced for pleading guilty to lying to the FBI.
It seems like we are coming out with something totally different.

Can't believe you'd even show up in this thread

a reporter from vox added in a tidbit about the recess that i didn't see elsewhere:

Court is in recess, because Judge Sullivan has asked Flynn to consider whether he still wants to be sentenced today, or whether he wants to wait until his cooperation is complete in hopes of getting more credit.
if that happened it sounds like you're right

Sounds like Sullivan knows more about the Turkey situation than we do.

Team Trump is so screwed. Deep state is winning this.

Seems like this didn't go the way the Breitbart/Infowars conspiracy theorists on here were hoping it would. I feel like the "treason" question from the judge is a bad sign.

guess it remains to be seen how big a rat flynn can be

they are on recess right now, for Flynn to talk to his lawyers.
Sounds like Sullivan is about to crush Flynn in sentencing.

Why?
Because of all these other extenuating circumstance that appear external to "lying to the FBI" like the Turkey stuff (that I have no clue about).

I think he could still get a downward departure later if he continues to cooperate, but probably not as much as prior to sentencing.
