No
They said they don't believe they shot the shooter. They did not say the wrong guy.

I’m betting the house that the kid that got killed was involved in the initial BS that sparked the whole thing. That’s my story and I’m sticking with it.
The attorney for the arrested shooter has already claimed that they both knew each other and the shooting wasn't over shoes.

Not that I'm aware of. But, do you think it's possible this dude could've been involved with the shooting but didn't actually fire any rounds?

I don't know what happened. Maybe the cop totally fricked up and has absolutely zero valid reason for committing to the shot. Maybe not.
But the retards that are in Hoover acting like the cop showed up hoping to shoot some black dude are scum and frankly, I'm only disappointed THEY weren't the ones who got shot.
It's possible to frick up and it not be a malicious frick up. But these assholes can't ever even consider that possibility.

Do we have another Ferguson,Mo brewing in Hoover, AL ?
i hope not. because something similar happened in Baton Rouge, LA and because of a that an unhinged a-hole went on a cop killing rampage. We lost 3 good men and another was badly badly injured.

Of course that’s conveniently left out of the protest narrative. If you were to say something like that on Facebook etc you’re racist/nazi/bigot because white man and orange man bad.

So I should not pull out my concealed carry in this situation? I'm a good guy with a gun though.
Sure, go ahead and pull it out. You’re doing so at your own risk though. You have every right to defend yourself, but know you are also making yourself a target in an active shooter situation, especially if you are running. My advice would be to take a defensive position and have it ready to use, but don’t act in such a manner that makes you the target. Running with a gun is going to get you shot in these situations

From what I've read, the mall had a no "firearms policy"... Good guys don't take their firearms on private property when asked not to.

They shot the wrong guy, in the back, three times. That family about to get PAID.

No profiteering in waiting for the facts.

Let's hear some plausible scenarios
Hoover Police Department said on Monday: "We can say with certainty Mr Bradford brandished a gun during the seconds following the gunshots, which instantly heightened the sense of threat to approaching police officers responding to the chaotic scene."
Witnesses said numerous people fleeing had weapons drawn.

Why not sit back and wait until the facts come out before you fan the flames?
I generally agree with this, the problem is the cops are not going to come out with facts other than the police officer operated correctly. That is the heart of the problem.
Make sure cops are accountable! The error rate in surgery is like double digits, I have seen it as high as 50%. Generally surgeons have plenty of time to prepare for surgery, yet the routinely frick up. I have to think the error rate for police shootings is in excess of 10%, but yet police depts almost always say the shooting is justified. Something is seriously amiss.

Naw. Just send a few of those frickers to jail for killing innocent civilians, and I think the issue goes away.
Did you see the cop in colorado that raped a woman in custody. He got 90 days. 90 DAYS! Can you imagine if you wife (although I assume most TD.com posters are incels) was raped? Would 90 days do it for you?
I would imagine that most police officer involved shooting is legit but not every one is.

And this has what to do with this shooting? Like I said earlier, I am not calling the shooting good or bad at this point but all your frickers with your mental gymnastics on this shite just make me laugh...
