How many of you have made mistakes or just not turned out the results that you would have liked and been fired? I hope everyone of you hipocrits that call for someone's job experiences the same results the next time things aren't perfect. Grow up cry babies. LSU fans are the worst and I am embarrassed sometimes to be associated with you. A bunch of divas that know it all......

What about when you're not adequate you're fired? I can think of at least two guys who fit that description.

Yeah, because that's exactly what we expect. Perfection. Every snap needs to result in a TD. I see you have this all figured out.

No one is stopping you from disassociating your self from us. It’s clear to me that very few of you work in performance based industries. This explains your inexplicable support of Ed Orgeron and the staff he assembled.

Let me guess, you’re a teacher aren’t you? Probably 7th or 8th grade history? Definitely not English. Unless you teach in LA. Then I would say you’re definitely an English teacher.

I'm not calling for O to be fired at all, but this crybaby bitchlike philosophy is exactly why we are a marginal program and will not be a top tier program until that changes. Why don't you go pat the coach on the arse and tell him he can do better next time, while he cashes a 3 million dollar check. To whom much is given much is expected.

Mistakes aren't the problem. It's the refusal to correct mistakes (and making additional mistakes) that is fireable.

This isn’t a guy whose living paycheck to paycheck, you idiot. He is making millions of dollars and he’s doing it because he’s supposed to contend for championships, and we aren’t doing that. We aren’t even contending.

Get the hell out of here with your blind support of O just because he’s O.

Dude... Orgeron’s own binder said “building a championship program”

What championships have we won?

So he isn’t even living up to his own standards he placed on himself.

When a business sees an opportunity for change in a large department, then hires someone to make that change. The expectation is that changes are made and goals are hit, if not, then there's a 99% that person moves on from that position either internally or externally.

This happens on the regular in business.

It isn't about "perfection," that's a worthless narrative. It's about hitting expectations and goals set out by the leadership, and by the person they hire.

Lol, you idiot, O was hired to win more games than the guy they fired and to win Championships, that’s it. It’s not about perfection. Right now we are not a better team than what Miles has and the trend is leaning down not up.

How many jobs get paid millions a year?

If you get paid like that, you better produce. That’s for any job with high pay. You probably don’t understand the difference while you make 60k-80k a year.

There are better ways to describe Ed and this program than “not perfect”

Don't want perfection. Adequate on offense would be an upgrade.

If I am hired to do a job with certain goals/expectations and after three years I am no closer to achieving those goals than when I started I would say that warrants a serious discussion about my future at the company.

If you own 6 businesses like you claim I would expect you could understand my statement above is reasonable. It's not perfection, but improvement is expected. So far all we have seen is more of the same with some better recruiting on the lines. I'll give O that. Other than that what else has he done which is above and beyond the last guy who got fired?
