Who did he piss off? I thought he was doing pretty well but I haven't kept up with them to know any better.

Just read the article; 21 -12 in three seasons isn't terrible.

His offense was terrible and for the past month, he’s been calling the local fans out for not going watch their abysmal offenses

I’ll be interested to see the shortlist of candidates

Seems odd, something must've happened here.

Aren't they down to the 4th string QB?

No. I’ve honestly never seen a QB regress so much from the time he arrived on campus to his senior year.

Tabary passed for almost 4,000 yards his first year starting at McNeese.

This year he lost his job. Got it back and lost it again to Orgeron.

I don’t know where the breakdown came but it was sad to watch. I kind of have a suspicion that Guidry thinks he’s better than the job. Just seems like the kind of guy he is behind the scenes

Total collapse this year. They got worse as the year went on.

Is Ensminger a candidate? Track the LSU plane?
Clandestine meeting at the Golden Nugget late Sat night/Sunday morning.

Long overdue. This was coming

Who do they go after?

Don’t forget Guidry accepted a job at Florida St last offseason and then they decided not to hire him so that left a bad taste in admins mouth

He needed to go. Team played horrible the second half of the year. He didn’t represent himself well and the fact that he was calling out fans for not attending was bs. Yes attendance was bad but no one wants to go watch you get your arse whipped by Lamar

Im hoping Adam Henry is not worried about money and wants HC experience.

3 points in the first half vs the worst defense in the league.

Either he quit on the team or the team quit on him

Fairly bad, especially for McNeese. They’ve always traveled well and had a fairly good home crowd.

It was very bad. at the end of the year i understand but at one point McNeese was ranked 4th in the country.

it did rain a lot but no excuses.

i can remember the hole being packed every year in the 90s and early 2000s

It was so packed in the late 90's that we started sitting on the roof of the married dorms to watch. Available seating is not a problem anymore though.

They were playing better football. McNeese used to be the game everyone circled on their schedule.

Coincidentally, the last time McNeese got past the 1st round of the playoffs.

Everyone can see that they’re not the same dominant program right now and Guidry’s trend sure wasn’t showing anyone that was going to change.
