Wedding Reception at La Caretta Trashy Rating

I'm at La Caretta in Denham Springs and there is a wedding reception going on four tables away. They had a procession from the patio, by the bar, to the table. At least 20 people in wedding attire, bridesmaids, and a wedding cake.

C. Hopefully they are breaking the trend by getting married BEFORE pumping out kids
D. If that’s what they can afford, it beats having it in the backyard of the trailer

Several years ago, I witness an actual wedding at Rum House on Perkins. Not the reception but the actual wedding with an officiant, first kiss, and cake.

Where does the OT stand on eloping and going for the Elvis drive thru wedding in Vegas? Does it change if it is a second wedding for both / older couple?

Eloping is genius. Wish I had done that.
Eloping in Vegas is trashy. Elvis drive thru wedding in Vegas doesn’t even register on the scale.
