Always eat muffuletta‘s when I’m in New Orleans but haven’t ever tried any around home. Anybody have some favorites in Baton Rouge?

Anthony's makes a damn good one, but I've always preferred a pressed one from Tony's seafood. That may or may not be influenced by their boudin balls though.

Anthony's and no one else even comes close. I've never had a better one anywhere.

Anthony's is my go to, but don't sleep on the muffuletta from Fete au Fete in White Star Market.

Garbage boudin balls, imo. The ones next door to Anthony's at Capital City Crawfish are way better, and they're not even near as good as the magic that is the boudin balls from Ronnie's.
Tony's boudin balls probably rank close to the bottom for me. I like that they're bite sized like tater tots, but there's too much breading for the amount of boudin in it, they're often overcooked, and the boudin itself doesn't have much flavor.

I'm in the Anthony's Deli crowd. I love the texture of the bread they use once they press it.
ETA: I just noticed their web address.

Pocorello's on Coursey gets my vote.

Anthony's is pretty solid. I'm big on Pocorellos' also. Honorable Mention to Maxwell's Market.
