i think you are missing a few points 1) never bet on your own team unless you are REALLY REALLY SURE and/or they are on a run like the 2003 team i made a ton on. remove all emotions. it is very hard to do that with your own team.
2) There are much better games and sports to be betting on right now
Much safer bets and better risks IF you are really gonna put alot of money on them. Even if you win i cannot see how LSU right now would be deemed one of the safest wagers right now based on trends of their performance ATS or overall.
