His resume kinda gives me a stiffy. You think I could put him on retainer for about 3 grand?

Partner at Phelps Dunbar? That $3,000 will barely get you a file opened.

They must have the goods on him if they publicly released this and refder d to law enforcement.. His brother is my kids doc and is an incredible doc and man but none of that matters if he’s guilty and he will have to face the consequences.. my only hope is that his brothers and other family aren’t affected by his misdeeds

District Attorney Hillar Moore says he was contacted by hospital CEO, Scott Wester, Monday evening about the alleged improprieties and met with Wester and other hospital leaders Tuesday. Moore says the alleged embezzlement involves “several hundred thousand dollars” that allegedly was “not used for authorized foundation purchases.”

Dude was making 300k and he only takes a few hundred thousand in unauthorized expenditures? This one is going to be interesting when the story comes out.

This guy made millions for the foundation. Probably ran it like a small successful business. Now the bean counters are complaining. I feel bad for him.

The unfortunate truth is that the one thing you know with absolute certainty about other people's lives, is that you know nothing.

That was the front. The real him was mischievous, allegedly.

Rule of thumb: never trust gingers

That fricker is guilty. Just look at him. It’s unfortunate for him that amendment 2 doesn’t go into effect until 1/19. Hope he packed his toothbrush.

Isn't the first one free when you in-process? Where's SuperSaint when you need a jail question answered?

I guess you didn't read the part where I said "if true".

If it is true, he is a worthless piece of shite that should rot in jail.

Very sad. Hope this doesn’t kill his dad. He really is up in age but still going strong.

“Children’s Hospital New Orleans has done well in recent years. Between 2011 and 2015, its annual net income ranged from $21.8 million to $206.4 million.”

“When construction began in spring 2016, about half of that $50 million had been raised. Since then the total raised has grown to $41.5 million, leaving about $8.5 million left to secure.”

LINK

So why are donations needed for OLOL? Wouldn’t the hospital make a profit without any donations?
